Hi Everyone,

I have been trying to book a cruise on the Princess website for 2 days , it lets me get fairly well into the booking and then I get the sprocket icon spinning around and around.
Anyone that can advise, I would appreciate to read your suggestions.

 Thanks in advance.

I sometimes run into various issues with the Princess website.  Often, trying another browser solves it.

Thanks Mary.

 I will try.

I've experienced this same situation since trying to book a cruise on the website for 3 days. The only way I was able to get the cruise booked was by calling the toll-free number for Princess.  I have also experienced the browser issue previously but I've been unable to book using either Chrome or Edge browsers even after both clearing the browser histories and restarting my laptop.  I'm going out on a limb thinking it's PCL's IT department striking again.  Bottom line is my advice is to call and book over the phone.  Also, if you have a Princess Cruise Vacation Planner and are able to reach that person then that's another option.

I go with a travel agent that popped up on my google travel question situation.

A well connected agent!

It doesnt cost anything to use a  TA and with them you can get incredible perks because of their connection with the cruiseline. I got $600 obc just by their connection and their agency for using them.

Do not disregard the power of a good TA.

I wish I could tell you who they were but it is not allowed on cruise critic.

If you found your cruise just wondering why you would not either call Princess and use a CVP or find a TA who would give you a few hundred in OBC, a group fare that is a few hundred less than the fare on line or both?
