I have been receiving an interior room and some free play since my 2023 TA last year. I received a balcony cabin offer and more free play from my 2024 TA this year. Will my offers forth coming be a balcony and more free play?

I think it will for the next few offer periods.  If you don't book anything the offers may drop back down.
