Norwegian Sky Sushi

I was working on booking my specialty dining for our upcoming cruise, and noticed that the sushi bar/pinnacle lounge doesn't offer reservations for this restaurant. Do we even have to use a specialty dining "ticket" for this restaurant? Does anyone know how it is? Are we just allowed to come to this bar to drink?

 no reservations but we had to use a dinning ticket. the sushi is great!

No reservations needed, but we just paid straight up, usually at lunch time.

You are allowed to select 4 items on the menu.  We used my specialty ticket and each ordered two items, then the next time we used my wife's ticket and each ordered two items.  As per the advice of our waiter we stopped in at the garden cafe and grabbed dessert.
