La Havre to Rouen

We are waited listed on our ship for next April 19 for a tour from La Havre to Rouen.  We are wondering if there our local tour groups that we can join or even an easy train ride to and from Rouen? We are in port from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

it is only a little under an hour from le Havre to Rouen by train, direct with  no changes.

Train is easy. 10 euro taxi from ship to station. Train arrives downtown Rouen.
