We are embarking with HAL and boarding pass indicates noon as boarding time. HAL no longer provides a check-in time at the terminal. My question is what time does the terminal open for security clearance etc and cruise check in? Thank you.

The terminal is open from the arrival of the ship that morning. However, check in features won't be open before 10am, maybe 10:30.
