3rd 4th beds on Iona putting away during the day?

We were on Iona in April daughter had a balcony cabin for 4 and not once did they put the beds away during the day. They didn't mind too much but going on Ariva med cruise next year for 2wks and would be hoping the beds would be put away during the day so cabin would be more use able.  Any one else had this are they not putting the beds away anymore? Felt more confined with beds made up. Thanks

I would be most put out if they didn’t put the beds away during the day. Iona’s cabins are narrow enough as it is!

We were on the Iona last April and last June and the beds were put away every day. They asked us if we wanted them putting away and we did due to having restricted space with the bed out.
 

In 2022 on the Britannia they left the bed out due to the extra issues witn Covid cleaning etc. There was no choice in it that time.

Perhaps if you never asked for them to be put away the cabin steward took advantage and thought one less to do in the evening 😉

That's what I thought as we didn't spend hardly any time in the cabin we didn't bother asking them . Glad to hear they will put away if asked.
