Panama Canal - 12 day cruise tour on the Jade from Panama City - info needed

Has anybody done this cruise tour or something similar?  I can't find any information - what hotel do they use in Panama City?

They also include the following activities, any information, are they worth it?

Pick-up at Hotel for Panama Cultural Experience (Embera Village Tour)?

Panama Canal Experience?

We did a different Panama canal trip, and based on the traffic you're not going to want to get out and about on your own, so the guided tours could be great.

This was listed under the lattitude rewards insider offers (double points) but I don't see it now.  Not sure why.

They add and take away the Insider extra points sometimes, depending on how full the sailing gets.

The strange part is it doesn't even show up on a normal search, not sure if you can call and book the 10 day cruise and have them add the cruisetour.

That part I don't know. I only ever book just the cruise with NCL and then make my own pre and post cruise arrangements.
