How to cancel Princess shore excursions prior to cruise?

Do your Princess shore excursions get canceled automatically when you cancel a cruise? I'm having to cancel last-minute for a cruise departing Saturday, and need to know if there's a way to cancel the shore excursions now.

We are devastated to have to cancel for health issues.

Can't you just go into the excursions in the app, click on the excursion and hit cancel?

Normally, yes, but if you can get into your cruise planner and it has not been locked yet since close to sailing, you should be able to cancel.

Yes...excursions will automatically cancel.

I cancelled one excursion and it cancelled automatically.  How soon can I expect to see the refund?  It has been over a week now.  Cruise is not til mid July.

I have not cancelled that many excursions to date, but when I did I *usually* had it back on my card within just a few days.  Of course...it all depends on how it was booked.  Did you by chance use any OBC to book this excursion?  If so, that will have a bearing on your refund.  It could all go back to OBC.

The question is whether or not you used OBC to book any excursions - not this excursion. They will automatically refund to credit card only if you don't have a remaining balance. If you cancel all of your excursions, then they will refund all of your credit card payments.

If you cancel excursions within five days of sailing, the refund will go to refundable OBC - not to your credit card. If you then cancel the cruise, you will receive a check for the refundable OBC. Note that the check will be to the passenger who was booked on the excursion - not to the person who paid for it.
