There are posts on some other CC threads that state the posters are having similar issues. It seems to be affecting some folks while others like @jdacombeand @Rick&Jeanniehave no trouble booking.
Looks like an all too familiar app bug/system error. I did speak with the medallion app tech support team but I might as well have had that conversation with my West Highland Terrier for all the use they were. Just told me to wait for an app update that they couldnt give me a date for. Suspect I was being fobbed off....
I am getting exactly the same error on app when I try to book specialty dining (and different one when using PC). My wifes is exactly the same.
We are booked on Sky in November. Live chat useless - medallion class app telephone helpline even worse.....
Anyone else having trouble getting on the app this morning? I cant log in on teh phone, just get a 'something went wrong' error message, same for my wife. The web app just wont load = circles for a while and then just stops.
Is it just drinks from Rob the robot that arent included in drinks package or all drinks from the Starship club? I see there are (human) bartenders in there too.

first time on MSC and it looks like there is no coffee shop on Virtuosa? I know there is the chocolate place but I dont think I can get coffee there with my drinks package
My Alcohol Free Drinks Package states that I have 'A Wide Variety of Hot Drinks' included but does not give any further details. Ive done a few searches on here but still cant see a definitive answer.
Can anyone help? I want to know if the alcohol free package includes speacialty coffee. By specialty coffee I mean espresso based coffee drinks such as latter, cappuccino, espresso etc.

Well I spoke to Princess in the end and all they said was that transfer booking is not available online. I did get everything sorted over the phone though.
looking at some of the screenshots provided above my cruise personaliser bears little to no resemblance. Probably is a UK thing after all
Where can I find the option to book LHR to Southampton transfers? I booked directly with Princess so after doing some searcing on this forum I think I should be able to see the option in the cruise personaliser? Cant find it though and I dont really want to call them.
Crown Grill menu question. Has anyone tried to order the black and blue soup without the whisky? I don’t consume alcohol anymore and even when I did I didn’t like the taste of bourbon
I see the above includes only small costa drinks. Anything to stop me buying 2 using mine and my wifes cruise cards? (we will both have the above but Mrs A doesn’t drink coffee). Also I presume I can finish one small coffee and go right back to the counter and get another?

Well thats me all booked!……… On P and O Arvia to Portugal, Spain, France and Italy for 14 nights. New ship and nice long itinerary. RCIs Southampton itineraries are about as appealing as a trip to the end of my road on a wet Tuesday.
