HAL site and cruise perks

Hey all- at what point do all  promotional credits show up on the Holland America site? I booked last July with have it all plus and now that we’re close to our cruise time of August 3, all the site shows is our dinner credit, $100 of excursion and prepaid crew gratuities.. My elite drinks package WITH gratuities , and my premium Wi-Fi package are not showing on the site. I also purchased some gifts for fellow cruisers and they are not showing on my account. At any rate, I booked 6 cabins and none of them are showing up with these missing perks. We are six weeks out. Is it too soon?  Trip is paid, btw.

They do not show on the website.  They will show on your Booking Confirmation from HAL (If you booked with a TA then ask them to send the official HAL Booking Confirmation).
