I look forward to meeting them in December on the CEO cruise.  Hopefully, we'll see some changes prior to then so I can compliment them on actions rather than their resumes.

This retired IT auditor is finding it interesting getting a reservation through on Azamara and is tempted to come out of retirement just to get to the bottom of what is happening with their reservation system and interface with travel agencies.  First time dealing with Azamara, but have cruised for decades and logged years at sea.  Have been double charged (actual, not pending charges) for a cruise for which Azamara still has not recognized payment.
