tjcletzgo Posted June 30 Author #4 Share Posted June 30 Oh no! They took French onion soup and Carbonara off the menu🤨🤨🤨
quincytoo Posted June 30 #5 Share Posted June 30 Day 7/is French Onion soup night ❤️ Fettuccini Alfredo is on the Princess Favourites almost every night. I’d ask the head waiter if they could make your carbonara for the next night. I’ve done this for Spagetti and meatballs. Now I’m making Carbonara for supper tonight ☺️
tjcletzgo Posted June 30 Author #6 Share Posted June 30 Thanks, it used to be on the always available menu🐗🥺🥺

We just finished 14 days on the Sky and French Onion soup was still an option every night on the menu.
tjcletzgo Posted June 30 Author #8 Share Posted June 30 I’m sailing the Sapphire in September. I always order French onion soup every night as an appetizer🙂
Torfamm Posted July 1 #9 Share Posted July 1 We had French onion soup available every night on the Enchanted this spring and earlier this month
Muffinz Posted July 1 #10 Share Posted July 1 Are these menus fleet wide across Princess? We're sailing on Crown Princess in December and these menus are making me hungry!
DE Solo Posted July 1 #11 Share Posted July 1 Onion soup and shrimp cocktail are on the MDR menu every night.
HotRoot Posted July 1 #12 Share Posted July 1 Those menus resemble what ours were on the Majestic for over 30 nights this year but they are definitely not the exact same menus. French onion soup was on the always available every night. It was never listed as a nightly choice. They should also be labeled first formal night and second formal night. Formal nights do not fall on the same day on every cruise. I would not use those menus to decide what you are eating every night.
Rare Rick&Jeannie Posted July 1 #13 Share Posted July 1 Note that the link that was posted in post #2 is *not* from Princess. We are currently on the Island P and French onion soup has been available every evening. It is still listed under the "favorites" section.
davy jones Posted July 1 #14 Share Posted July 1 Are there additional menus for a 14 day cruise, or do they repeat some earlier menus?

They took French onion soup and Carbonara off the menu🤨🤨🤨 I think they serve the Pasta Alfredo under the Princess Favorites on the nightly menu. I've heard a lot of people look forward to that pasta dish and Princess seems to be known for it. I get the impression from reviews that it's very popular. I saw Carbonara pasta once on a menu so I'm not sure it was ever a nightly option. Just my observation.

Depends on how it is sold - if it is back to back, they repeat the same menus second week generally. It it is truly a 14 day cruise, like the Sky cruise we just took, there is a new menu each of the 14 nights.
