To share the information with other cruise corporations would be to share PII (Personal Identifiable Information), which is protected under the Privacy Act.  That is something that could get the cruise line who disclosed the information into very hot water.  

 

On a good note, persons who get banned from a cruise line are typically banned from all lines under the parent company's umbrella.
