What is your reasoning for contact?  Are you trying to verify an offer?  Possibly change a booking?  There are different resources depending on what you are looking to do.

All they can say is no, so no harm in asking - but to be honest in my experience that is exactly the response you'll get.

I would like to see if they can upgrade my offer to free drinks anywhere.  I had this offer at one time, and didn't book then.  By the time I booked it was no longer available.  So I would like to contact them and see if they can help me out

Yeah, I haven't ever heard of them negotiating, but good luck.  You can try the link mentioned, although for things like this, where you'd like to have an actual discussion, I find it better to just contact the Casino department by phone.  I usually contact 866-299-5859.

Just check your Carnival.com account for current offers.  They are not just going to offer you something.
