Price to port with Uber from 17th street?

Uber has an estimator in their app. Suggest checking there with you details.

It depends on where you want to be. If you want to be near the beach you are unlikely to find a hotel with an airport shuttle but uber or taxi won't be that much.

If you want to be near the cruise port many properties don't have an airport shuttle but there is a Publix and Walgreens within walking distance to get what you need. Hyatt Place on 17th St (you can book through value trips) has a shuttle but you have to pay for it.

If you want to be more downtown Las Olas Blvd area, I'm not aware of any hotels with an airport shuttle in this area. But great area to walk to restaurants etc.

If you want to stay in Dania Beach you can find more options with free airport shuttles. If you are near Dania Pointe there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Hotels in this area include Mariott, AC, Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Springhill Suites, Hilton Garden Inn (possibly others). There are some others in Dania Beach but they are a bit farther from Dania Pointe so what's around them may vary based on hotel.

Otherwise there are other airport hotels such as Rhodeway Inn and others that are close to the airport with a free shuttle but may not be in as good of a location.

So you may want to weigh out where you want your hotel to be (depending on your flight schedule) and then work out transportation from there. And what level of accomodations you want 2 star, 5 star or something in between.

I personally have a family cruise coming up and we are staying at Springhill Suites. It has free shuttle from airport to hotel (which is good as we are all flying in at different times), free breakfast, a little store in the hotel with wine etc (granted don't know what their prices are like), walking distance to Dania Pointe for other shopping and dining (we are going to the Brazilian steakhouse for dinner the night before our cruise) and then in the morning we can either shuttle or uber to the port. This will be a day of decision as uber is often a bit cheaper but with luggage it might be better to take 1 shuttle instead of 2 ubers.
