Are there quantum class ships with JS which take 5 people? I don’t see any on the Odyssey deck plans.

Yes, look at 8222 and 8622 and other decks in that area.  They say 5+.  You can see on Anthem.

 

Just looked at Odyssey deck plans and it looks like those are gone on Odyssey.
