Noordam in Juneau Harbour on August 1, 2024

ms Noordam will be at FKL dock from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and she is on a 7 day Alaska Inside Passage.

 

 

 

Also in port is Oceana Regatta at ACT dock (7:00 am –4:00 pm), Norwegian Jewel at AJD dock (7:00 am – 8:00 pm) Celebrity Solstice at AS dock (7:30 am – 7:00 pm) and Ruby Princess at CT dock (1:00 pm –10:00 pm)

Noordam and X Solstice are on the other side of Douglas Island, Noordam is leading but not for long [X going much faster than Noordam] she will probably be passed before the channel. Still quite a bit of time.

Ahead in the channel is Regetta followed closely by Norw Jewel. I don't expect a very clear viewing today.

Most of our viewing will be blocked, the camera is panning - BUT so far no raindrops.

There she is coming from behind Jewel.

We might see her one more time with the pan back to the harbor basin.

There goes the last of her stern behind X Solstice. Zaandam tomorrow regular afternoon sail-in timeframe.
