GrannieNannie Posted August 1 #1 Share Posted August 1 Is there a way to see charges and payments to my account online? Got a random charge and hate to have to contact travel agent to see what it is for. Cruise is in November

You paid them a fee for the service and they work for you.
Cigar King Posted August 1 #3 Share Posted August 1 If you're using a TA you need to go through them. That being said, it would be nice if such an option did exist.
SilkySal Posted August 1 #4 Share Posted August 1 (edited) If you're familiar with your "My Cruises" account, you can view your purchases and payments there. Easier to look up on a personal laptop vs a phone app. If you're not tech savvy, you should call your TA as @Ioman suggested. Unless, since you're using a TA, you may not have that option. Agree that they should go through them but the client never pays a fee to the TA

But there are definitely TA's that will charge fees outside of those charged by the cruise line for modifying, changing, or cancelling a booking made through them. I do understand if a nominal booking fee is charged for direct airline bookings as most airlines don't pay a commission back to the TA for their bookings. Other than that, not a good practice IMO, as those additional fees come directly from the client. Edited August 1 by leaveitallbehind
