from my memory, people doing a back to back will  have a meeting the last day of the first sailing and there will be a desk there in which you can then make dinner reservations.  You will be the first to be able to make reservations for the second sailing.

Yes, this was how it worked.

Thank you. This our first b2b.   What else is discussed at that meeting.

They talked about how to disembark and then reboard. We were given tickets that would get us to the front of the line if there was one. Some people wanted to reboard immediately.  We were planning to spend some time in town. When we got back back to the ship, we were taken right through.

This was also the meeting where the Guest Relations Manager announced that any unspent OBC would carry over to our next cruise. There had been massive amounts of OBC on these cruises and people were delighted that they would have time to spend any OBC from the first leg.

Because the second cruise was over Christmas/New Years, we had to make special holiday dinner reservations. This was somewhat chaotic because there was only one person doing this and there were more than 50 B2B passengers. Many people wanted to make specialty dining reservations as well, both those in suites and those using OBC to book dining packages. Had Azamara had more people available to staff this meeting, it would have gone much more smoothly.
