ACoupleAtSea Posted August 3 #1 Share Posted August 3 Hello, Can anyone comment on the current power situation in a Ruby Princess Mini-Suite? We will be sailing in a few days and would like to make sure we will be able to charge all of our devices. Thanks
donaldsc Posted August 3 #2 Share Posted August 3 Just buy a couple of cruise ship approved extension devices and don't worry about it. I have 2 of these - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09W2393ZN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1. DON

Rare Rick&Jeannie Posted August 4 #5 Share Posted August 4 Depending on what you want to do...there is a "hidden" European style 2 prong 220 volt outlet behind one of the beds. Not sure of the layout on the Ruby...but on many ships one of the nightstand lamps will be plugged in there. I take an adapter which gives me a "US-style" tap which allows us to plug in CPAPs without having to string extension cords across the room. It's *still* 220 volt...you have to make sure whatever device you use is dual voltage!
