I see you and I are in the same boat…and it’s not a cruise ship.  We have an MSC cruise out of Barcelona for the beginning of November.  However, my MIL, who has Stage 4 pancreatic cancer, is moving in with us next week while we wait for a bed in a nearby nursing home.  God only knows how this will pan out 🤷‍♀️.
