Rare Rob_H Posted August 13 #1 Share Posted August 13 We've been on many, many b2b NCL cruises in recent years. In almost all cases, any non-refundable OBC (such as shareholder), and FAS internet minutes, rolled over to the second (or more) cruise. Even when changing cabin. In other words, the account accumulates across the consecutive cruises until one final statement. (there was only one exception, when they were changing billing system between the two cruises). Is this still the case? I did see some mention that it had changed this year, so that each cruise is totally closed out, losing any remaining credits, but can't find the post now. Our last b2b was way back last December, it was still one account across the cruises then, Next b2b is in November.

As with every previous NCL B2B, the accounting, including OBC, carried forward to the final cruise in the series.
ChiefMateJRK Posted August 13 #4 Share Posted August 13 We just did a B2B on the Bliss two weeks ago. Account remained open and all charges/credits were on one balance sheet. Oddly, they failed to give us the shareholder OBC for the second week, but the onboard account desk fixed it with a phone call.
Rare Anoynmous Phoenix Posted August 13 #5 Share Posted August 13 Have done a number of B2B cruises in the last 12 months and in every case the folio went over the B2B cruises.
