Submitting the statement is to get loaded into app correctly. 

After this is approved, you can go back to the app later and apply for credit (at least 2 week b4 cruise)

I uploaded proof once last year and have received credit in seval sailings across various Carnival brands.

Thanks. We cruised in May and had no problem with getting OBC. We submitted for our Oct. cruise a week ago and have heard nothing. I'll have to check to see what my husband did. Do you know if there is a phone number to call with questions?
