Difference between Suites and Haven on ships without a designated Haven area.

Right, on POA suite b&l is Cagney's.  Think it used to be Lazy 'J's' back in the day.  I have 2007 deck plans I can post.

 

Right too, the front lounge and areas on 13 forward were replaced with rooms including suites, insides, and studios around that time.  We sailed right after 2016 and they were there for a year or two.
