Miss Bama Posted August 27 #26 Share Posted August 27 I am aware that Carnival can change any itinerary at their discretion. The decision to keep the cruise as is or to cancel is up to me. Granted, Bimini is not the most exciting port, but it is a possible beach day or a day when the ship is less crowded. My main question, other than the unchanged port fees is why only the Spirit. I have checked the cruise ship schedule for Bimini on CruiseMapper for the months in question. there are multiple days where 2 ships are scheduled to be in port at the same time. In each case, both ships are larger than the Spirit so port congestion will not fly. While I will continue to hope that they will replace Bimini with another port, I am going to post on John Heald’s Facebook page.
