Itinerary Change for Eurodam Nov 3 Port Stop

Received an email this morning regarding an itinerary change for the Eurodam on November 3, 2024.  Originally scheduled for Bimini Island, now will dock in Nassau.

Bad. Bimini is beautiful and unspoiled. Nassau will have 5 ships in port = 15,000 passengers. Not real happy about the change.

Very common. Cruiselines change itinerary all the time, not just HAL.

There is no question, simply letting others know that are on this cruise.  I'm a seasoned traveler, very aware that multiple changes can happen and are common.  So yes, I did know this.  I will enjoy my cruise, no matter the destinations.  Thank you.

I think it was on the Carnival board where I read that they have taken Bimini out of all of their itineraries from all 2025 and 2026 cruises. Coincidence?

@Fishwife2016  Are you part of the roll call for this cruise?  We've been discussing things over there specific to that itinerary.  The 4-day and 11-day cruises are part of the roll call.  Some people only booked the 4-day, some the 11-day, and others (like me) the 15-day.

I just checked and there are about 20 excursions now showing for Nassau.  So if you were wanting to get off the ship there, better grab them fast.

I have not yet joined the roll call but am on the 4 day sailing. I wasn’t planning on leaving the ship in Bimini, and a bit tired of Nassau. With the itinerary change, I plan on spending a little time at the new port area which was not finished when there last year.
