I gotta be honest with you guys…

I need a do-over of this cruise..

I absolutely did nothing on this ship, other than gamble 😞 (big surprise right?)

I was stuck so bad after the first couple nights (ie: $22k)..those damn gift cards got me..I lost control again and burned them all…all $16k worth! Betting $15 a pop UltimateX video poker will do that to you.

i said a little prayer that it I could get close to even, I wouldn’t gamble again. (I know you’re not supposed to pray about gambling)

well..I went on the SICKEST run and got back to $18k!

So now I gotta hold up my end of the bargain.
I honestly stopped today because my eyes and hands literally hurt (not because I was losing!)

I put it all back on my S&S sans $1000 that I kept out for after dinner tonight.

i also was checking out a couple beautiful gals in the casino..and it turns out a table-mate that is very friendly, met them earlier this cruise, so she brought them over and introduced me.

the one gal is actually also going through the big D; so we have been vibing.

here are the photo’s that were jackpots..and yes I got the SuperGrandChance literally 10 minutes apart (first was minimum prize, second was $1500)

I’ve also hit a lot of ~$1000 hits.IMG_7959.thumb.jpeg.d541e9f94283a3b4614e626071f24a15.jpegIMG_7958.thumb.jpeg.3010fdb5717f90988467d13fb677189f.jpegIMG_7946.thumb.jpeg.bddc0eaf109f1bcd5f34d77ae6e40ffe.jpegIMG_7933.thumb.jpeg.072212d9d4e593f30437e09b90332ab1.jpegIMG_7932.thumb.jpeg.242abb4484fe43c8e66972a67ec69be7.jpegIMG_7907.thumb.jpeg.1b89672aa49167c082f550e4b0530ce6.jpegIMG_7906.thumb.jpeg.222fa291c0efe7bca96dc9b9ddb1a4b5.jpeg

So the entire ship is in an uproar; because at 1:30am last night, the ships general alarm went off for 15 minutes…literally waking up the entire ship (and apparently terrifying the 90% cruise population who are blue cruisers…who all went to their muster stations haha)

I was in the casino (big surprise) playing tables, and we all just sat their annoyed and watched the chaos that ensued.

I shut down the casino again, at 3am.
Slept in till 11, now I’m having lunch at ChiBang.

i saw a ton of (blue cruisers) complaining in the Meta group about last night and also about all the fights on this ship.

Personally I never would have even known about one fight and if i WAS asleep in my room when the alarm went off, I’ve got enough sense to know; don’t do anything until the announcement comes on saying WHAT to do.

ALSO blue cruisers complaining about the ship being so rocky today..personally this is nothing, just a gentle sway as per usual.

JMHO, but people should take their blue cruise on a 3-4 day, to realize, they hate cruising.

BUT, I think most of these sour blue cruisers, are people who’s Matriach/Patriarch of the family paid for their entire family to come with them and so these bluey’s are just along for the ride. (This also is what causes fights, because these family members don’t get along but of course will come for free)

Thanks.

yeah I mean I had a great time at the ports (as always).

I’m just sad I didn’t get to see any of the shows that are specific to THIS ship, AND that I let addiction win.

BUT I did also make new friends at the table and if I hadn’t made those friends I wouldn’t have talked to the gal from Idaho. (Who’s definitely out of my league right now…but when I lose another 40lbs; she won’t be :D)

speaking of meeting friends; I saw one of my friends from the st Thomas port trip, and we were talking

I told her I feel bad I slacked off and didn’t do my 18-minute mile every day (but I did not use the elevators at all!) and she said “relax you’re on vacation!”…but that’s the problem, I’m NOT, my entire life is a vacation. The only difference of me being on a cruise is I’m not sleeping in my own bed.

Maybe I need some responsibilities in my life (like strapping myself down with the problems of the modern American…kids, debt, etc)

The number of blue cruisers on all cruise lines contributes greatly to the fully booked ships and high prices. I have been wondering how many of them will enjoy it enough to cruise again, and how many will be done after their first cruise?  And, what will happen to the current pricing when the number of blue cruisers dwindles?

I’ve got a cat.

but you may be right with a dog; that’ll basically really pin me to the house and like having a damn child

Hmmm. Sounds like a child isn’t the answer either. Get a 2nd cat!

It always amazes me the amount of people packed four deep in an interior. Grammie and Grampie REALLY must want all 25 of their offspring to be with them for their last cruise of their life.

Saw SOOO many “personal conveyance” devices….what a sad state the world has become.

Curious, you have said you are addicted to gambling, so do you gamble only on your cruises or off the cruise ships as well?

I have actually cut out gambling at the local Indian casinos; thankfully

Sounds like people are really bothering you this cruise..from the stair sitters to the blue cards to the packed interior rooms. Go get a drink buddy, have some fun, you are on vacation!

That’s just it..I’m not on vacation. This is no different than everyday life for me.

also, no drinks..too much a waste of calories.

what I DO need is some hefty narcotics to damage my brain enough to not remember most things.
