However my boarding time still says 4:30 on the app. Do I just turn up at 13:30? As you can guess I am a virgin Virgin Sailor. Thanks in advance. Rare cantgetin Posted August 29 #4 Share Posted August 29 As above, they ask that you not arrive more than 30 minutes before your "terminal arrival time" which became 1:30 when you purchased SOR. In our experience, check in has started between 1 and 1:30 with boarding starting at 1:30. Suites board first followed by those with priority boarding. On days when things were working right, we were in our cabin before 1:45. We hit SNAFUs twice at Miami, but chances of the same mess happening again or to you are small. Yes-I don't know why but it will never change in your app, but if you have priority boarding through Splash of Romance or Deep Blue Extras or Rockstar status, just turn up bewetten 1 to 1:30 p.m. and you will be among the first to board. On the FB group people would post that a splash of romance's became available and an hour later come the "SOR was cancelled and they cant do anything" So it appeared they were randomly cancelled and then put back on the app as available and scooped up. No guarantee, of course, but sometimes a TA who books a lot of Virgin can escalate something like this up the food chain to get a better resolution. It's worth asking them to try.
