janny444 Posted August 29 #1 Share Posted August 29 Been considering adding a drink's package to one of my cruises....I have done a few cruises with P&O and I was at a level were you receive 7.5 %. Today when I checked into my cruise to book the drink package it says I have no loyalty level & no tier. Is it a glitch or does loyalty become invalid after a certain time ? Did you give your loyalty number when booking your cruise? That would be a reason why your loyalty did not show on your booking if loyalty number is not on your confirmation invoice. It turned out, due to me making multiple 'dummy' bookings, I had various accounts. Easily resolved, our ta removed the 'dummy'accounts and switched it to the correct one. Good luck. I want to add the drinks package while it's " on offer" and also apply my loyalty. I should contact Carnival House and ask to talk about loyalty at the P&O desk. Loyalty or at least your cruising history can be deleted by P&O where it is very old. If you cruised say five cruises in 1970 to 1980 for example. I'm not suggesting this is what has happened in your case as clearly you have a variation between contemporary booked cruises. My daughter is having the same issues with the same explanation offered and it has been going on for ages. ..I have given her this email address and Hot Line number, so fingers crossed it gets sorted soon.
