Cococay Cabana question

Hello -- for the Coco Beach Club Beach Cabana and Day Pass, when/how do you let them know the other people who will be in your cabana? thank you.

Shore Excursions will leave you a vm on your cabin phone to call them the day before. Don't remember if you need names or just a count. I think just a count.

We were on Coco Cay today. We weren’t in the Beach Club but we did have a cabana. The cabana was booked by our friends but I got there before they did. All I had to do was give their name at the Cabana check in station and I was immediately escorted to their cabana.

We've always had a WaterPark cabana and all the info we needed and they needed us to provide was left in our cabin a day or two before arrival into Coco Cay.
