When you book a Cabana in NCL are they assigned or in a first come basis?

Actually we're in the NCL viva & booked a Cabana in the Vibe Beach club

Thet are assigned but they are one of the biggest rip-offs and most over priced options in NCL.

Again, your opinion which you are entitled to.   However, my family finds them well worth the price.

I thought it was worth every cent!  I loved having a large private space where I could leave all my stuff spread out, take a nap, do whatever.  I am sad I can’t get one on my upcoming cruise. And I am paying that price for just me. If you’re a party of two it’s just a few dollars more than basic vibe access so an even better values.  If you wanna talk about overpriced, check the price of some cabanas on Harvest Caye.  But some may find it very worthwhile.
