Cancelled port taxes refund

I’m currently on the Eurodam and because of bad weather, they cancelled Sitka and Icy Strait Point plus glacier bay. I know we didn’t pay taxes and fees for glacier bay, but we only got a refund of $11.37 for the cancelled ports. This seems extremely low (the total taxes and fees per person were around $300 for this trip). Does this seem right? The line at guest services has been extremely long so I haven’t wanted to bother them yet. Also is this something you would typically get some future cruise credit for? Thanks!

Docked overnight in Juneau tonight and then here until 5:30 tomorrow evening. Doing Dawes glacier instead of glacier bay. Definitely a disappointment but better than being stuck in a major storm.

If you spent more time at the dock in Juneau,  maybe that ate some of your expected refund?

Currently on the Konigsdam parked right behind you.

i guess better than being at sea because of gale winds. We are here until 7pm tomorrow.

We have not had live TV for 2 days. Casino and shops closed until 8:30 tomorrow night….that is if we pull out by then.

Skagway was cancelled.

Have they mentioned you might have to stay in Juneau longer than tomorrow evening? This weather is horrible so I can’t imagine being out at sea in it but I’m hoping we aren’t stuck in Juneau longer than tomorrow because there isn’t much to do here. The tv is spotty here too but luckily the on demand movies are working.

If you’re a “museum person”, the Alaska State Museum” is wonderful. Could easily spend 2-3 hours there and it is walking distance from the pier.

Lucky Norwegian. I see they are gone. We are still stuck here.

Not only no live TV for days, there is no access to the music channels.

Was hoping to watch the vice president debate tonight but I guess not.  :o(

This storm was not a surprise. Our sophisticated weather information is very good. I think they knew this situation was coming, but if they cancelled the cruise , they would have to refund our money..so now we sit here in Juneau and all Holland America has to do is refund port taxes.
