I stayed in July pre-cruise and didn’t notice any remodeling going on. When did it take place? Was it after July.  I’ll be staying there again next week pre-cruise.

I read a while ago that all older Embassy Suites will undergo renovations over the next couple of years. It's already started in Ft Lauderdale, several reviews on Tripadvisor mention updated rooms. I would ask for one if I was checking in soon. The location is great especially if you don't have a car. Shopping & restaurants close by!
