Has anybody successfully been able to upgrade to "new" Premier? How is it done? I can find *nothing* on the website, and the app gives an error every time I try there (at least it seems to recognize that I *should* be able to upgrade.) Oh, sorry, I declined the upgrade so not sure what would have happened if I said yes. I found chat a lot more pleasant than the time I tried to call them so I'd probably still start there. He set it all up online and when we were done chatting he had me log into my account and pay the balance due. I had 24 hours to make the payment or else it would disappear. Had to try twice to get someone that knew what they were doing. After you do so, check your final balance, especially if you are past final payment. I assumed they would just charge my CC.
