Fulton Garage Parking

We have cruised out of New Orleans many times but always with Carnival and park at the terminal.  We are cruising NCL and planning to park at Fulton.  I see in my reservation that "you must speak with an attendant before exiting the garage to validate your pre-paid parking or you will end up paying twice". Where are these attendants? Is this a difficult process? Is the shuttle process smooth?  We parked offsite once at Cape Canaveral and it was a nightmare so I am slightly nervous.

So, Once you pull in there will be an attendant at the bottom floor and there is also an office. Just print out your reservation and hand it to them and they will ensure you do not get charged. As far as the shuttle service goes, i have never used it since it is a 5 minute walk to NCL's terminal, but does get busy if you choose the service.
