Med Sea in Oct 2007

I am getting married in October of 2007 and for our hineymoon we would like to go on a Med Sea cruise. I was wondering if anyone knew when the cruise ship companied release their itineraries for that time period. With getting married on Saturday are there many cruises that leave on Monday?

Holland America is out and on their website, Princess are out, but you'll need a TA for most of the itineraries as they're not posted yet, RCI and Celebrity are slowly releasing them ship by ship. One that caught my eye was a Princess Transatlantic leaving Venice on October 5th. What day do you get married?
