has anyone stayed at the ramada inn in fort lauderdale before or after the cruise? i checked the rate for dec.1st and its $99 with free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, free hot breakfast buffet in the morning and free shuttle service to the ship. sounds great but i want to make sure. i stayed at a hotel that sounded great before and it became the hotel stay from hell. appreciate any input. thanks.

If it's the Ramada on SR84 you do not want to stay there. Previous comments on this board have indeed described the experience as being from hell. The Ramada Plaza on Galt Ocean Drive is just fine.
