Are you sure it wasn't a BBC?? That is a Bailey's Banana Colada, and a pretty popular drink... never heard of a BBB though.

You're right! That's what it was. I haven't had one of those since my honeymoon (2002). Mmmmm... I'll be sipping one again in just two months!

Thanks Pineapplegal!

I love rum drinks, but many taste overly sweet to me, and I prefer a strong rum flavor. I usually like a Scorpions, Singapor Sling, or Long Island Ice Tea, which if I recall focus on many different kinds of rum, rather than many different liqueurs.

Does anyone have suggestions on Carnival concoctions like that? Thanks! :)

Sorry for the double post

I too had my first BBC on RCL. It is bananas (yes fresh bananas) bailey's irish cream and colada mix. I got the recipe before the end of that first cruise so I could make them at home. ( they don't really taste the same- I think it was because I was missing the atmosphere) ENJOY!!!

The shot with baileys and kahlua is what we call a baby guiness (at least in CT) Since the baileys floats, it looks like a mini guiness...

kiss on the lips gave me brain freeze, but I kept on drinking it...

I do remember that they had some really good drink specials in the casino. I think it was the wild west special. I can't find the darn caper though...When you bought one for $5.78 you got a $5 chip to play (even money bets only)

I'm going on my 1st ever cruise. The Fascination in June and I lovvve frozen drinks, girly drinks, cocktails and you all have just MADE my day!!!!!

You have alot to look forward to. The drinks are all very tasty so try them all. Here at home I drink about 1 drink every 2-3months but on the Carnival cruises I have many during the cruise week. My favorite was blue margarittas and liked many of the frozen.

This cruise will be exciting because it is your first and you will be ready to book a new one while your on the Fascination in June.:p

1 1/2 fl oz Bacardi Light Rum

1/4 fl oz De Kuyper - Apricot Brandy

1/4 fl oz De Kuyper - Amaretto

I could have sworn the sign at the bar said the Fun Ship had 151 in it.. was I insane? or drunk? or both? I do remember looking at my balance the next day and seeing I ordered.. 17 of those the first day..

Yes.. 17... it kinda ate most of my $100 OBC. :)
