Florida Hotel Transportation Question - NCL

We are cruising in November and will be flying into either Ft Lauderdale or Miami. Does anyone know of a hotel in either location with an airport shuttle? Or any shuttle to the port from the hotel? If no shuttle to the port what are the other transportation options?

there is a Holiday Inn blocks from the Miami port.... I am so sure that they offer a shuttle.... here is the info:
