Transatlantic Cruise

Just looking for anyone that has been on a transatlantic cruise (westbound back to the states) that can tell me what to look forward to or watch out for. I would love to hear from travelers that have already done it. Please tell me all the best kept secrets, tips and tricks :). My mom and I are cruising the Magica in November 2006. I can barely contain myself.

I am also interested in this thread as we are booked on the November/December transatlantic on the Mediterranea after an Italian tour. I would also like tips on clothes as we should hit cold and hot weather on this trip and can't take too much on an International flight. Tips please???????

Thank you so much! That is the exact cruise we are taking and we are also taking a tour before the cruise. I hope it isn't the same one you mentioned! Either way, it's booked now and I am looking forward to it.
