Guided Rainforest Tour (idea needed)

On our upcoming cruise into Belize, we are looking to hire a tourguide to take us to some of the better rainforests for the day. We have done the tubing adventures and while they were great, their focus was the tubing. We are looking to spend the day within the forests, exploring, listening (and looking) are the wildlife, etc.

Does anyone have a suggested person or group that they have used for such an excursion?

We found this list of tour guides. Has anyone used any of these locals for such an excursion?

Nacho and Cynthia come very recommended on this board. I'm interested in the St. Herman's cave/Blue hole tour. Just can get our group to agree yet, though! Here is the webiste: http://ncqadventuretours.com/index.html

Elaine we did the St. Herman's Cave tour in March, and I posted photos of it under the thread Photos: Walking the Caves back a few pages, wonderful time. Bump it up if you want more photos or have questions. It's easy and you'll enjoy it.
