Serenade Hump Balcony Questions

Anyone ever stayed in the hump cabins on the 7th deck? I read that most of the balconies on the 7th deck have the lifeboat canopies outside the door.....is this also the case with the hump cabins as well??

 

Anyone heard anything about the hump cabins on the 8th deck?

Only from the front and rear of the hump is the canopy very visible on deck 7. There are no canopies on the hump. We were on deck 9 to Alaska in Sept, and the canopy below us was hardly noticed.
