It's hard to answer because everyone's interests are different.

There is only one port difference. #1 goes to Klaipeda. #2 goes to Stockholm. I thought Stockholm was a highlight, so I'd probably have to go for #2. But I know zip about Klaipeda.

OTOH, #2 has two port situations less desirable than they are presented on #1: (1) you are in Tallin only 1/2 day (vs. a full 7a-4p day on itin. #1), and (2) you are in Copenhagen only from noon-overnight (vs. a 7p arrival with overnight plus full day til 4:30p on itin. #1).

It would be nice to hear personal feedback on Klaipeda. Otherwise, I think you'll need to hit the books and research Stockholm, Klaipeda, Tallin and Copenhagen to figure out which itinerary is the best match for you. NOTE in considering Stockholm, the very important issue is WHERE the Connie docks. If they are pulling in at Nynashamn, you will be roughly an hour from the city, which will decrease your actual visiting time accordingly, plus you will miss cruising through the spectacular archipelago between that point and Stockholm. There is a lot of discussion about porting in Nynashamn in the archives here, so you can get up to speed on that quite quickly.

Have fun researching and planning. In the grand scheme of things, you can't go wrong. We enjoyed our Baltics cruise immensely!

Is there a website that will tell where a ship is going to dock? Would like to know ahead of time where Connie will dock in Stockholm for our cruise.

Don't worry, the Connie does not go anywhere near Nynashamn. Princess cruises and I think P&O are the only lines that dock in Nynashamn. In fact I think P&O owns Princess (or vise versa), anyway they both use Nynashamn .

Stockholm Harbor authority - you can find a whole list of expected ships and where they will dock.

and another site, a little more user friendly:

We did something very close to the first one and loved it. Klaipeda and Riga were great. They were not cities that we would see if they were not on the cruise itinerary. You can find a pointer to my notes and video in my signature. The video will show our ports. We did not go to Helsingborg. We stopped in Stockholm and had just one day in Copenhagen.
