Cabin 1688 Adventure of the Seas-Any problem with noise?

Recommended Posts

We had 1688 on the EOS. We had a lot of engine noise coming into ports, which we have not experienced in port and starboard cabins. The first morning coming into port there was so much engine noise and vibration I woke with a start and expected to hear announcements to get your life jackets on. After the first port, we knew what to expect, so it was okay.

I just booked this cabin. I'm excited but nervous about any potential noise from deck 11

Just back from 1388. It is such a great cabin!! I'm sure 1688 is just as great. We didn't hear any noise from deck 11 at all. And we were traveling with 2 little kids so spent quite a bit of time in our cabin at all times of the day.

Looking at some pics it looks like there is a lounger, two chairs and a small table on balcony. Is that right?

Just replied in the other thread too. We had 2 loungers, 2 chairs, and a table.

We were in the same cabin on Navigator. I'm having a hard time booking another cruise where that room isn't an option or not available. Even after my littlest cutting his head open falling on the pole. Stitches at sea was an adventure. But the room is really great and kinda spoils ya. Junior suite size almost for the cost of a balcony.
