shuttle-c Posted June 10, 2006 #1 Share Posted June 10, 2006 We are flying back from a cruise through Copenhagen and will be staying there one night. It looks like the nights in July might be in the 50's. Is a sweater enough for the daytime and nighttime. We might go to Tivoli and walk around some. Dunmore2 Posted June 11, 2006 #2 Share Posted June 11, 2006 We were there in 2003 for a week and rarely used our sweaters, only when we were on a harbor tour and on ferries. The water is cold! The evenings were around 60 degrees .
longislandfamily Posted June 11, 2006 #3 Share Posted June 11, 2006 We were in Scandinavia for 18 days a few years ago, in July. We never needed more than a light long sleeved sweater. Most often, it was a layer, like a long sleeved shirt over a short sleeved one.
cruiser620 Posted June 11, 2006 #4 Share Posted June 11, 2006 We were in Copenhagen in late June last year, and it was HOT! I don't remember ever needing a sweater, but I would say to bring one just in case.

JodiBB Posted June 12, 2006 #6 Share Posted June 12, 2006 We were there last year in early August and it rained on us! We wore light sweatshirts and jackets to protect us from the rain and cold. Just wear layers if you're unsure..
easy22 Posted June 22, 2006 #7 Share Posted June 22, 2006 850 Concerts The festival runs for 10 days until July 16 and includes approx. 850 concerts by Danish and international jazz artists. The performances begin in the morning and continue during the day and late evening. Many of the concerts are performed in the streets, on historic places/squares and along the canals of Copenhagen. Most of these concerts are free, and with help from the official program you can easily plan your own jazz tour through Copenhagen. But the Copenhagen Jazz Festival is also; street parades every day, concerts and workshops for children, special events with the new sound in jazz, concerts in the wonderful churches of Copenhagen, late night concerts, jazz concerts at the Harbor area and concerts at unconventional venues.
