formal nights

How can you find out which nights are formal nights for your cruise? We will miss dinner a few nights as the ship will be in port past the early seating. I don't want to have to bring more formal clothes than I need to if we will not be there for both (or either) formal night.

How long is your cruise? It is usually the first sea day and a sea day towards the end of the cruise but not the last night.

If you are on a 9 night cruise, it is the 1st and 7th day at sea, which means day 2 and day 8.

My DW and I are on an 11 night carib/Pan cruise on the Brilliance. When would the formal nights be on that cruise. Assuming there are two formal nights.

Probably the best way to find out is to start a thread with your specific question as the title: "When are formal nights on Mariner Western?"

 

Probably somebody that has recently done the cruise will see and respond.

Unless it's a port intensive cruise with no sea days, formal nights are on sea days. So bring your formal wear--you won't be missing dinner due to staying on an island!
