Well, thanks to all who gave me advice. I emailed HAL over the weekend and got a very nice email back from Lisa who referred me to my TA (also Lisa cc'd my email and her response to my TA). I called my TA this morning and she relayed the good news of an $878 savings on my Noordam booking. Hooray!!!! -- DW said -"More time in the casino".

I am glad it worked out well for you! I have always found any dealings that I personally have had with HAL in Seattle to be very positive and satisfying.
