Spa pool on Vista Class

Can anyone tell me if the thallasotherapy pool in the spa on Vista Class ships is restricted to spa patrons? Is there a fee is one simply wants to use the pool? How would you compare the spa pool to the spa pools aboard Celebrity's Century Class ships?

The thallasotherapy spa pool is for anyone. It is not free. I do not remember what the price was per day. When we were on the Oosterdam, they also ran a special for the week.

 

Having never been on Celebrity, can't compare them.
