Balcony vs. Suite

Bongo

Recommended Posts

Hello,

We've recently booked a cat 11 Suite for our honeymoon on the Valor. I know the cabin is larger, but what other differences can I expect? Or is the size the only difference?

Thanks!

You get better bed linens/pillows and nicer decorations with wood trim. Definitely larger cabin and very nice bathroom with whirlpool tub. We had corner suites on Pride and Legend twice and loved them. Aside from priority boarding, there are no other perks.

If you find priority boarding, (you need to be vocal about this or no one will know, just ask)... a sitting area and tub important, you'll be very pleased with the added charge. If you go to the CCL site, you'll see that the cabin has larger square footage as well.

If your finances allow it, experience it and then next book a balcony and decide your preference. For us, it's a suite or two cruises with balcony's, so we try to hit two a year, usually one is interior with all the kids. So if it isn't limiting your port experiences in funds.... definately try it!

Its priorty checkin-- not prioty boarding.

For this you get taken to the front of the line to check in-- but will get in line behind the people who are already checked in.
