We are thinking about booking room 1674 (Deck 10) on Explorer. I'm worried because it is near the stairway. Should I be concerned?

nope, that stairway is for crew only. Being on the aft its very quiet back there as people tend not to go where they dont have to. Its a little walk to get from the elevators to your room. (its a very good choice)

I personnally love the back of the ship, no foot traffic outside your door, no one goes to the back on the upper decks since there is no where to go! elevators nor stairs have even been a noice issue, the middle stairs are where the kids run and run run
